She assists Wayne and Stephen in setting up and sustaining client's accounts. This includes, assisting clients with any questions and needs regarding their accounts and keeping in touch with 1st Global Customer Service to ensure that all paper work is properly prepared to avoid processing delays. In addition, Donna makes an effort to participate in the scheduled web conferences with 1st Global, to ensure that the firm is current in complying with 1st Global as well as FINRA's rules and regulations.
