Stephen is a partner and co-founder of the firm.  Stephen is a licensed CPA in the state of California.  He has thirty years of diversified tax experience.  Three of those years were with a large international accounting firm.  He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting in 1976.  He has successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 examinations.  He is registered through 1st Global Capital Corp., our broker/dealer, as a financial advisor in California.  Stephen also has securities license in the state of Nevada.  He provides wide-ranging investment and retirement planning advise to meet each client's unique financial needs.  In addition, he holds a California Insurance License ( Lic. #0E94451).  Stephen's expertise includes providing comprehensive analysis of client's needs, with various insurance products and annuities. Stephen is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Public Accountants.
