Wayne is the managing partner and co-founder of the firm.  He is a licensed CPA in the State of California.  Wayne has twenty-nine years of accounting and tax experience.  He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University in 1977.  He has successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 examinations.  He is registered through 1st Global Capital Corp., our broker/dealer, as a financial advisor in California.  Wayne also has securities licenses for Texas, Oregon, Louisiana, Massachusetts and Washington.  He provides financial analysis, investment advice and retirement planning to owner-managed businesses, executives and individuals.  Wayne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
